Our hearts ache as Carmel Gat, a master's student for Occupational Therapy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and Sagui Dekel-Chen, the son of Prof. Jonathan Dekel-Chen from HUJI’s Faculty of Humanities, remain in captivity since their abduction to Gaza on October 7.

The anguish of their families is unimaginable, and we implore the global community to intensify efforts for their safe return.
