As we approach International Holocaust Remembrance Day, we reflect on the enduring impact of historical documentation. The tragic events on October 7 only underscore the importance of preserving the truth. 

 

A recent blog post, authored by Dr. Yael Ben Moshe, a researcher at the European Forum at Hebrew University supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG), sheds light on the digitization of Holocaust archives and its implications for historical memory. 

The Insights are part of a comprehensive project led by Prof. Chris Wahl from Film University, Babelsberg, and Dr. Tobias Ebbrecht-Hartmann from Hebrew University.
