Choosing a program of study is a big decision, especially when it involves moving to a new country. We want to help you make the decision that is right for you by offering you digital information events with representatives of our international degree programs and inviting you to a tour of our beautiful Mount Scopus Campus.

Open Days

Several times a year, Hebrew University offers a virtual Open Day for our international degree program. These events are great for getting to know our broad range of study opportunities. You’ll learn about the university in general and get the chance to talk to lecturers and students from the degree program of your choice. Campus Tours

Maybe you’ve already found a degree program at Hebrew University you’re interested in, but would like to see the campus where you’ll spend so much time before signing up? Or maybe you’re organizing a visit to Jerusalem for a group of young people and think it would be a good idea for them to get to know Hebrew University. Whichever is true for you, we would love to host you and show you around our stunning Mount Scopus Campus.

Custom-Made Tours for Groups
This unique tour will allow groups to experience Hebrew University and learn more about its outstanding research and academic excellence. Tours take place several times a week and are free of charge. They are usually offered in English, but may also be offered in other languages upon request.

Each group will be accompanied by an experienced and knowledgeable guide. Tours last between one to two hours, will be offered in accordance with the Covid-19 regulations of the Israeli Ministry of Health, and can be customized to your individual needs.

Examples of tours:

  1. Departing from the idyllic Botanical Garden, the group will continue towards the Awards’ Wall, where the participants will hear about Hebrew University's alumni, founders and researchers who won the Nobel prize, including Albert Einstein. One of the highlights of this tour is the breathtaking view of the Old City of Jerusalem, the Dead Sea and the Judean Desert.
  2. A professor at Rothberg International School will introduce the visitors to the school, followed by a meeting with an international student studying in an international program.

Participants will be served snacks and will receive a small gift from Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School.

Tours for Individuals Based in or Visiting Israel
All those who are not visiting Jerusalem as part of a group are more than welcome to join one of our free tours on the Mount Scopus Campus. The tours take place every Sunday (except on holidays), start at 12 p.m. and last for one to two hours. They are conducted in English and led by Israeli students. Please write to if you’re interested in joining a tour.
